“For us, differences should not be a divider, differences are our wealth, differences provide energy, strength, differences should not be a source of division,” said Prabowo at the inauguration Friendship Tunnel Istiqlal Mosque–Cathedral Churchin the courtyard of the Istiqlal Mosque, Central Jakarta, today.
Indonesia, said Prabowo, is one of the most diverse countries in the world. Indonesia is recorded as having 714 ethnic groups, as well as diverse religions, cultures and customs.
Therefore, Prabowo emphasized that there are no majority and minority groups. Because, all tribes and all ethnicities pay shares for this country.
