Chairman PSSI Erick Thohir mention Archipelago League 2024/2025 will give birth to new football talents for Indonesia.
“This is in line with PSSI’s vision which wants to build a league from a fundamental system,” said Erick via video presentation at the introduction of the 2024/2025 Nusantara League at the Danareksa Tower, Jakarta, Thursday (12/12).
PSSI and PT LIB have a way of producing prospective Indonesian national team players. In this way, PSSI and PT LIB continue their commitment to holding tiered competitions.
Most recently, PSSI and PT LIB have officially introduced it PNM Liga Nusantara 2024/2025, previously known as Liga 3.
PNM Liga Nusantara 2024/2025 will be attended by 16 clubs from various regions in the country. The 2024/2025 PNM Liga Nusantara competition format starts with the preliminary round with a centralized double round robin system, the relegation play-off round, and the top 6 round with a home-away format, continuing to the final round with a total of 146 matches.
As part of the Ultra Micro Holding Family, after previously Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) had previously been a League 1 partner, while Pegadaian supported League 2, now it is PNM’s turn to provide support for the Nusantara League event.
“For this award, we would like to express our gratitude to PSSI and PT LIB for being honored and given the opportunity to participate and contribute,” said PNM Main Director Arief Mulyadi in his remarks in Jakarta, Thursday (12/12).
“This is our realization, this (soccer) is the most well-known sport in Indonesia. There is definitely economic activity here. In-line with our task of driving economic activity,” he said.
Arief added, later at every match, PNM Mekaar customer mothers will be able to sell around the stadium arena. This is part of PNM’s empowerment commitment to provide wider market access and grow the grassroots economy.
“An economic turnaround will automatically emerge. Presenting a new experience for mothers can also enliven it by selling at events like this. “It is also an answer to market opportunities for ultra-micro entrepreneurs,” he explained.
PNM will continue to support government programs, this is in accordance with PNM’s big task of providing intellectual and social capital in addition to financial capital in order to grow into a civil society.
