Attorney General’s Office (Attorney General) ensures it doesn’t take too long to process case file case of alleged acceptance of bribes and gratuities by former Supreme Court (MA) officials Zarof Ricar (ZR). Zarof’s case files are said to be immediately transferred to court for trial.

Junior Prosecutor Investigators for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) cannot take long to file cases. Harli said there was a specified time for filing case files for suspects who were detained.
“But there are time limitations, investigators are limited in time because the person concerned is being detained,” said the former Head of the West Papua High Prosecutor’s Office (Kajati).
However, Harli said that currently his party was still examining witnesses and experts. He hopes that the examination will be completed soon.
“Now we hope that because it is related to the examination of witnesses, related to experts, hopefully we can expect that as soon as possible,” concluded Harli.
Previously, the Attorney General’s Office arrested former high-ranking Supreme Court official Zarof Ricar in Bali at 22.00 WITA, on Thursday, October 24 2024. He was suspected of being an intermediary or broker in the case of the murder of Dini Sera Afrianti, 29, which was committed by Gregorius Ronald Tannur.
The former Head of the Supreme Court Legal and Judicial Training Agency is suspected of having committed a criminal act of corruption, namely carrying out an evil conspiracy in the form of bribery with Ronald’s lawyer, Lisa Rachmat. Lisa asked Zarof to make an effort for the supreme judge at the Supreme Court to still declare Ronald Tannur not guilty in his cassation decision.
Lisa promised IDR 5 billion for the Supreme Court justices. Meanwhile, Zarof was given a reward of IDR 1 billion.

However, ZR did not want to accept the rupiah because it was a large amount.
