HEAD of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) at the Attorney General’s Office Harli Siregar responded to the information regarding the matter Supreme Court Judge Soesilo who assessed the defendant Gregorius Ronald Tannur deserves to be acquitted in the murder case of Dini Sera Afrianti. Harli said this information was valuable and would be conveyed to investigators. He said that previously the Supreme Court Supervisory Agency (Bawas) had stated that there was a meeting between Soesilo and the bribery and gratification suspect Zarof Ricar (ZR). Therefore, the information that Soesilo considers Ronald to be innocent is an important fact that can be explored.
“Yes, I think this information is valuable information, because some time ago Bawas MA stated that there was a meeting between ZR and Supreme Court Justice S, but not in the context of the case,” said Harli at the AGO Building, South Jakarta, Wednesday (11 /12).
The panel in the cassation was Supreme Court Justice Soesilo as Chair; Supreme Court Justice Sutarjo and Supreme Court Justice Ainal Mardhiah, as members.

“Well, it turns out from the decision that there is a dissenting opinion that Judge S is actually the judge who agrees with the Surabaya District Court’s decision,” said Harli.
Harli realizes that each judge has their own beliefs in assessing a case. Meanwhile, regarding the possibility of an examination being carried out, he could not confirm it.
According to Harli, Soesilo’s examination was carried out if there was an urgency related to the Zarof bribery case. Specifically, regarding the meeting between the two.
“We’ll wait and see whether investigators need to investigate further. “In fact, although based on the Bawas results there were no problems at the meeting, in the decision it turned out that the person concerned agreed with the judge at the Surabaya District Court to acquit Ronald Tannur,” he explained.
Harli asked the public to wait for further developments from investigators. Information that Supreme Court Justice Soesilo believes Ronald Tannur is innocent will certainly be conveyed to Jampidsus investigators.
